Years from now, you may not remember exactly what song was playing during cocktail hour or what was on the dinner table. You may forget the little details you spent months planning. But you’ll remember how you felt. You’ll remember who was there. You’ll remember the way your partner looked at you, the sound of your family laughing, the tears you tried to hold back, and the people who surrounded you as you stepped into this next chapter together.

And when the candles have burned out, the flowers have faded, the cake has been eaten, and the last song has played,  your photographs will still be there.

That is what makes wedding photography so meaningful to me.

I’m not just there to capture the dress, the rings, and the perfectly planned details — although I absolutely love those too. I’m there looking for the moments happening in between them. The hand squeeze. The happy tears. The laughter that catches you off guard. Your dad seeing you for the first time. Your grandmother dancing. Your friends losing their minds on the dance floor. The quiet five seconds you get alone together before the next thing begins.

Those are the photographs that become family history.

My approach is a blend of beautiful, intentional portraits and authentic storytelling. I’ll give you direction when you need it, help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and then step back when something real is unfolding. I want your gallery to feel like your wedding — a collection of memories.

And yes, I’m probably going to get a little emotional behind the camera.

I’m a hopeless romantic. I love love. I love watching two people promise forever to each other, and I love even more knowing that I get to freeze a tiny piece of that day in time. Because one day, you’ll look back at these photographs with your children. Maybe your grandchildren. Maybe you’ll hold your partner’s hand and say, “Look how young we were.”

That is the kind of storytelling I want to give you — photographs that don’t just show you what your wedding looked like, but remind you exactly what it felt like to live it.
